cabbage

soy sauce

hoisin sauce

rice vinegar

Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Add garlic and ginger to the wok, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the cabbage, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and toss to coat. Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite veggies or adjust the sauce to your preference. For a deeper flavor, add a splash of oyster sauce!
