Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for spice

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the wok, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the cabbage, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and toss to coat. Serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite veggies or adjust the sauce to your preference. For a deeper flavor, add a splash of oyster sauce!
